Women's Ministries

The vision of Women's Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church is to encourage women in a way that will help each one grow in her personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Purpose Statement: The purpose of Women's Ministry is to provide the opportunity to unite all women of our church and community through fellowship, friendship and fruitful service that will minister to each other spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially.

Friendship Circles: Friendship Circles are small groups, consisting of approximately 15 women, who meet on a monthly basis. These small groups offer opportunities for women of all ages to meet for fellowship, encourage each other and grow spiritually in the Lord. Emphasis is placed upon our ministry to our Church and to one another. Membership is open to all women of Calvary Baptist Church, those who regularly worship with us and quests.

Friendship Circle meetings are held on the second Monday and Tuesday each month, October through May:

9:15 am to 11:15 am
6:45 pm to 8:45 pm

Other Ministries: Newcomer's Teas, Craft Nights, Sunday School Classes, Hospitality Meals for Surgery Patients, Women's Conferences, Mother's Day Dinner

Women's Bible Studies: Bible Studies are offered on a variety of topics.
